After viewing many online encycopedia and other resources I was unable to find a site that a user can quickly get a snapshot of ideas or concepts. Often these sites would provide vast amounts of information to the users and sometimes not written in laymen terms. These learning portals are geared to the population who wants to get a snapshot of a concept or idea in a concise and informative way.
